It is built on the Rover RL2000 platform, which makes it a touring-style trike that focuses on comfort and stability. Using the same engine as the RL2000, it is matched with telescopic suspension at the front and two independent rockers at the rear. It uses 18-inch rims at the front with 130/70 tires and 15-inch rims with 205/65 tires at the rear. The Terengganu Road Transport Department (JPJ) is providing free document replacement and renewal services to flood victims in the state.
Director of JPJ Terengganu, Zulkarnain Yasin, said that the free replacement would include the Malaysian driving license (LMM), motor vehicle license (LKM) and Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC).

Vanguard With a 1000cc V-Twin engine and CVT transmission, the Walker WR1000 offers a different riding experience from conventional cruisers. Using a smaller displacement V-Twin engine, which is 976cc, it produces 60kW @ 7,500rpm and 80Nm @ 5,500rpm.
